Reset your LMS password

If you are having trouble logging into the LMS, almost always the problem is with the password.

This tutorial will step you through the process of resetting it.

From the login screen choose the “Forgot my password” button

Step 1 - Reset password

Next enter your email address that you use with the LMS
(if you enter an incorrect email, the system will let you know)

Next the LMS will tell you to check your email, if you don’t receive the email please check your spam before contacting support.

The Email from the LMS will have a link to reset your password. This link is only valid for 24 hours, so please use it straight away.

Once you click the link, the system will ask you to enter your new password twice. We encourage you to use something generic, not the same password you may use for online banking. (eg MyTraining@STB)

If you see this screen, your password is now reset! You can use this process as many times as you like. If you are still having problems, please use the CONTACT FORM
